The Hub at Backcountry Outdoors is conveniently located at the entrance to Pisgah National Forest. The Hub offers great bicycles lines, great service, and the latest in demos and rentals. The helpful and energetic staff is ready for anything.
The Hub is also a bike shop with a bar inside. The Pisgah Tavern keeps six cold beers on tap. Come relax and tell tall tales in the Pisgah Tavern after a day playing in the woods.
The Hub is only 10 miles to beautiful cross country single track trails of Dupont State Recreational Forest and, just 16 miles to the Asheville Regional Airport. You can park in our parking to access many epic rides in Pisgah like Black Mountain and Avery Creek or take the scenic bike path to enjoy a beautiful afternoon in historic downtown Brevard. Enjoy the many waterfalls of Transylvania County on your way up to the Blue Ridge Parkway.
